One of Inishowen’s largest employers, Forward Emphasis International, has announced exciting plans for future growth in the region with an initial 40 new Hybrid working roles coming onboard in the first quarter of 2024 alone, some of which will be at their new Buncrana Location.

FEI, which specialises predominantly in providing outsourced services to the Financial Services industry, has been part of the prestigious Enterprise Ireland Leadership for Growth Programme during 2023. This has helped map out a significant growth journey over the coming 3-4 years with the aim of growing the business to over 800 employees.

Investment in Talent Development is key to this growth, both by attracting the right talent into the business to fulfil growth requirement and also the ongoing development of current talent within the business. To that end 50 current and future leaders within the business will at the end of January begin a certificate in Managing and Mentoring in conjunction with ATU Donegal.

CEO Fiona Burns has spoken of her excitement at what lies ahead for the business,

”With our aim to organically scale the business three fold over the coming years, these are extremely exciting times for our organisation and everyone who is a part of the FEI family. We look forward to continuing to build on our existing success as a sustainable, inclusive, regional employer, creating fulfilling and rewarding roles for our local populations – supporting wellbeing and work life balance, whilst continuing to underpin both career and personal development for our ambitious and highly capable people, and in tandem continuing to deliver excellence to our clients.”

The business is actively seeking new talent to fill its growing demand for customer service roles and if you are interested in applying for or finding out more about these roles you can visit the Careers Section on our website www.forwardemphasis.ie.
