FCA Passport Accredited: Forward Emphasis International is accredited with an “FCA Passport” to provide insurance and mortgage intermediary services in 29 European Economic Area States.

CCA Best Practice: FEI operates to this standard; the most highly respected and sought after accolades in the Call Centre Industry. The standard outlines the best practice to improve performance, efficiencies and customer service.

ISO 9001: 2015: Forward Emphasis International is assessed and registered by NQA against the provisions of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and ensures that the company maintains a quality management system, to the above standard which is monitored and assessed on an annual basis.

Excellence Through People: FEI was awarded the excellence through people award in 2004, a model which allows businesses to enhance performance and realise their strategies through the management and development of their people.

Auddis BACs Approved: FEI are AUDDIS (Automated Direct Debit Instruction Service) accredited which enables FEI to setup new Direct Debit instructions at their customers’ bank electronically instead of in paper format.

PCI DSS: The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard is an information security standard mandated by the entire major global card brand. Obtaining the standard means matching standards of data security and control to reduce fraud.

Six Sigma Green and Black Belts: Six Sigma is recognised as a data driven measure of quality that strives for near perfection to improve customer experience, reduce costs and build better leaders.

Prince II Advanced Level: Prince is a globally renowned, process driven approach to project management. An “advanced” qualification will equip a practitioner with the necessary skills to address the needs and problems of any specific project scenario.

EFQM: FEI works to the EFQM Excellence Model which provides a framework that encourages the cooperation, collaboration and innovation needed to compete on a global stage. EFQM assessors will possess the skills to produce value adding solutions to any business.

Certified Insurance Practitioners: All staff carrying out regulated functions across the insurance division are enrolled to become qualified in the Professional Diploma in Insurance (CIP), this spans personal, commercial and private medical insurance.

NLP Practitioners: NLP Practitioner Courses teach participants to think and act differently and so achieve greater personal development and professional goals. FEI has qualified NLP Practitioners who have implemented course learnings into FEI’s Employee Experience Enrichment Program.

Post Graduate Diplomas In Marketing: Recipients of a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing will learn how to implement a wide range of marketing concepts in strategic management thinking. This accolade has helped shape FEI’s multi channeled sales targeted strategies on a number of client contracts.
