Celebrating 25 Years of Forward Emphasis
This year we marked a quarter of a century in business, a proud moment to reflect on our journey from 2000 to today. Our FE Days in both our Buncrana Hub and at our HQ in Malin Head brought colleagues together for connection, celebration and recognition of the people who make Forward Emphasis what it is.

- CCMA Awards: Congratulations to our Business Intelligence & Analytics Team, winners of Support Team of the Year — a testament to their dedication, collaboration and impact. We were also shortlisted in the Manager Category.

- boost.ai Boost Camp 2025, where we dove into conversational AI and real‑world case studies of customer engagement transformation, packed with insight, innovation and inspiration.
Innovation & Partnerships
We strengthened ties with pioneering firms like Boost.ai and Eleetlx, while growing our domain expertise through active membership in Insurance Ireland and our longstanding support for the Institute of Insurance, where we are among the largest student cohorts.
We’ve seen firsthand how conversational AI and customer engagement technologies are reshaping the future of CX. We’re leaning in, ready to deliver smarter, more personalised and seamlessly integrated solutions with the trust and transparency we’re known for.
Looking ahead, we’re accelerating investment in RegTech, blending human expertise with emerging technologies and developing AI‑driven solutions and automation tools to meet the evolving needs of regulated industries.
Leadership & Growth
Our commitment to people development continued with staff participating in ILM Level 3 & 4 Leadership and Management programmes with Donegal ETB, building skills that will shape the leaders of tomorrow.
Community Support
Giving back remains at the heart of Forward Emphasis. This year we proudly supported:
- Donegal Camino, raising funds for Cancer Care West Donegal, a day of connection, reflection and wellbeing.
- Spraoi agus Sport Disability Bus, helping improve accessibility and inclusion locally.
- Business in the Community Programme with Carndonagh Community School, mentoring students on career exploration, CV writing and interview preparation.
- 25 Years Charity Donations with 10 deserving charities receiving €250 each as part of our anniversary celebrations, as nominated by our staff; an initiative that reflected the heart of Forward Emphasis.
Sustainability, Workplace Excellence & Information Security
We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve officially achieved ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 certifications, marking a major milestone in our journey toward sustainability, workplace excellence and robust information security.
