Forward Emphasis has joined forces with Donegal Education and Training Board (ETB) to enhance the company’s Camino Career Development Programme, delivering leadership and specialist learning courses to teams throughout 2025. This collaboration aims to equip professionals with the skills, confidence, and vision needed to thrive in today’s evolving business landscape.
By combining expertise in leadership training, emerging skills, and industry insights, the programme offers practical tools, mentorship, and real-world strategies for team members at all levels of the business. This partnership underscores both organisations’ commitment to investing in people, fostering strong leadership cultures, and enhancing operational resilience.
“Developing leadership capabilities and emerging skills is key to long-term success in today’s fast-paced world. This partnership ensures our key talent continues to grow, with access to the right training and support to excel—allowing us to nurture and develop our workforce, so they can build fulfilling, long-term careers here in Donegal.” said Marie McLaughlin, Director of L&D at Forward Emphasis.
As the largest provider of education and training in Co. Donegal, Donegal ETB supports over 34,000 learners annually. Dearbhla Kelly, Enterprise Engagement Officer with the ETB’s Further Education and Training (FET) Service, highlighted the strength of the partnership: “I have been truly impressed by Forward Emphasis’ deep-rooted commitment to community growth and their strategic outlook on future workforce needs. Their continued investment in skills development is inspiring, and we’re delighted to support them with a diverse range of training programmes.”
The Camino programme launched its ETB partnership courses in March 2025, with the first cohort undertaking a range of courses from PRINCE2 Project Management, Microsoft Azure Cloud Fundamentals to Cyber Security. Leadership tracks will roll out at the end of March, welcoming participants from various departments eager to develop their leadership potential.
