Operations & Quality Manager
 
Ensure in conjunction with Director, Operations & Client Services that all Inbound and Outbound activities are supervised to meet client and organisational targets with strict ethical and quality standards. Ensure and oversee a team of Department Managers, Team Leaders and Agents to achieve the Company’s aims and objectives. Ensure that the operational plans for the Company are implemented and evaluated to meet strategic goals of the Company. Ensure that all relevant information on clients and internal information is appropriately gathered, stored and communicated to the Director, Operations & Client Services on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Ensure that the generation and use of resources is optimised to achieve the corporate objectives of Forward Emphasis International.
